I like it but who=subject, whom=object. Change whom to who and it's about right. I may add it to my site, OK?

Like I'm one to talk..." shall charged be " change to shall be charged. Looks nicter in the small claims court.

Haiko,
I'm a little confused about something...could you further explain this. Does this mean that since I have ads running here that I couldn't go with a parasite (wouldn't happen anyway). The pop-up part concerns me since I know some of my affiliates use pop-ups....Just need some clarification as to what your aiming at /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Tom,
I'm specifically addressing the advertisers who pop up in WhenU windows on ABW.

Post the deadbeats Haiko when you have to taken them to court to collect. Aggressive advertisers are bad for the pay-per-performance industry and always convert less than pro-active merchants.

Got it now. I don't download any of the scumware after I tried gator it went horribly wrong /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif therefore, I wouldn't know who pops up on it here....Great move, BTW (now that I know what you are referring to).

Ha .. we got a good chuckle out of this one. Great concept idea, but highly unenforceable by law practicality focus point.
Sorta' like the same principle of having a spam notice in your TOS & Legal sections of service and saying you will charge a $10,000.00 per eMail spam as "support fee". Sounds good, looks good, but doesn't work as legality.

Is this not paranoia? It is my understanding that you will not and cannot see a Whenu or other parasitic ad unless you have the parasitic software installed on your own PC. The only way you would see or be aware of such an ad is if you are infested with the parasite. Other pop-ups could occur if a member of the ABW were to load such a pop-up in a posting to the board. This is spamming and is forbidden, is it not? Let's stay focused on the real methods of preventing the continuing use of parasitic software.
