This program has less than 400 people in it at present, and it takes about 24 hours to get your affiliate web site set up. I had trouble registering, as the last step, using my Netscape 7.1 browser, but IE worked fine. (Netscape loads pages 5 to 10 times faster for me, on my slow dialup connection.)
Harry, the guy behind this program in the Netherlands, seems very professional, courteous, and helpful in his emails. His emails are excellent, much better than the web site!

I figured I'd risk $20 on it. Don't know how legit it really is yet, but everything worked, and I got my e-books perfectly.
I got a 10 mb mailbox free, from www.mail.com, (http://www.mail.com,) so it'll hold all of the Stormpay $5 payment notices without bouncing them, because they'll close your account if one bounces.
Do you have a LIST of people who need more money, fast?
