My mother has ncase on her computer and it has messed her internet explore up she cant even go to her homepage it pops up but only shows a white screen you cant go to internet options from the tools menu and i have ran SpyHunter and removed all the files and exe files went into the computer and removed it from system32 programs files and windows files i removed 180 solutions, ncase,& msbb.exe i even did a search on her computer and didnt find anything else ANYWHERE http://66.132.187.8/smilies/bonk.gif. Is there any other name that it may be on and also is there anyway to restore or fix the problems it has coused to her internet explore?

Run spybot and if that doesn't work you may have to remove it by hand. Doxdesk.com has good instructions. Follow them carefully.
