This is an easy one. It's Haiko!
Who else devotes so much time and resources to make things better for the affiliate community? No where else can affiliates gain as much insight and information to the affiliate marketing industry as ABW. Nothing else even comes close!
Thanks Haiko for another year of support and service to the affiliate community!

Scott Jangro. His efforts have helped many affiliates (and merchants as a result of that) to leave their original goals in the dust and make more $$$ than they have ever dreamed of. He breeds optimism.

Definitely Haiko and ABW. I can't even fathom how much I've learned from this forum and its members.

I'm gonna come at this from a different angle and nominate Andrew Clover of doxdesk.com
Why? Well, Andrew's probably done more to raise awareness of parasiteware than anyone I can think of (Doxdesk is the site the BBC like to quote), and provides highly useful information on parasites/scumware.. what they do, who's responsible and how to get rid of them. It must be getting to the parasiteware writers because I've seen two major joe jobs (fake spam campaigns) launched against the site. If scumware pushers, spammers and hackers all hate you.. then you must be doing something right http://abw.infopop.cc/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I just stir up the crap and Haiko filters or recycles it into useful fertilizer. Haiko and ABW gets the job done when it comes to shaking up this industry. They get my vote.

Haiko, you nominated Mike, I think you were mistaken, it isn't the award for dis-service to the industry! http://abestweb.com/smilies/rotflol.gif
I nominate ScottJ also, always there day and night when you need him. Helps even if it isn't his "department" and helps sometimes even if it isn't his network...

Haiko, unless he won't take it then i agree with Dynamoo on Andrew. If you have never bugged him - he is a great resource when you are trying to get to the bottom of whats in a payload. He gives much of his time and is always helpful.

Ok Here I go.. why the bird girl should get this....
1.She was a pioneer in the industry.
2.Many sites were modeled after her, taking her lead on how to best market merchant deals and coupons
3. She has helped many people by giving her time and expertise to assist them in running affiliate programs and in running affiliate sites.
4. She volunteers her time to moderate this board when she has a million other things to do, including running busy websites and taking care of a husband and children). By monitoring the boards, she continues to provide her expertise and wisdom as the need arises.
5. She does not jump to conculsions and bash people like many in the industry do. Instead she takes the time to research the issue, go directly to the source, resolve the issue and, if needed, report accurate information back to others.
6. She maintains good relationships with affiliate managers who are fair and responsive.
7. She offers ideas and suggestions to merchants and affiliates to improve their performance.
8. She makes it a priority to attend as many marketing conferences as she can to actually meet the people she works with face to face, and further develop working relationships.
9. She is very generous in supporting her local community including donating much needed lifesaving medical equipment. The amazing thing about her generosity is she doesn't boast about it, it is done from the heart.
10. She is staight and to the point. She does not go around the back door and there is no mystery when you talk to her. What you see is what you get. She is a very "REAL" person.
11. She is able to pull of dealing with some of the biggest idiots in the industry and come off smelling like a rose.
12. She is still the same person she was before she entered this industry. That is saying a great deal. She has not let her success go to her head and is one of the most honest down to earth people you will ever meet.
Her commitment to everyone in this industry, combined with her generous support of her local community are outstanding traits. It is no wonder many people have followed in her foosteps. She is one of the best that I know of in the industry, and should be in the running for this award!
No, she didn't pay me off but the least she could do is point her traffic my way for a day in thanks. HA HA HA!

I'll second Mike's nomination. I think he really believes in his motto, "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TODAY TO PUT REAL VALUE INTO A CLICK...from the consumers viewpoint!" We all need someone to speak of the ideals, the absolute perfection that we all should try to achieve.
