Eastwood and Patrice have done a remarkable and admirable job for their affiliates this past year. As Karl said above, there wasn't a lot to work with, and the turn around has been impressive. This is a perfect example of a company that was able to completely change directions for the better, and do so in less than a year. I believe that Eastwood has positioned itself to be the top player in their market, and no doubt will be able to greatly expand that market due to the changes made this year. Two things really stand out with them: a) the incentives and goals programs in which EVERY AFFILIATE can earn substantially more than they did in the past (not some silly contest where one person wins and everyone else is a LOSER, and not a Linkshare-type program where you have to sell $30,000 to achieve the goal). b) the new linking and marketing tools are outstanding
