Eastwood Company
Patrice took an incredibly narrow niche product line with a merchant that had no online direction and in less than a year now presents an affiliate-friendly program that has eliminated many stumbling blocks. A difficult task given the product line, I think.

My vote is for Eastwood! I also nominated them for Best Affiliate Program, and left a lengthy post as to why here (http://abw.infopop.cc/6/ubb.x?a=tpc&s=548608979&f=8986041905&m=6306042905&r=2866042905#2866042905).
Eastwood and Patrice have done a remarkable and admirable job for their affiliates this past year. As Karl said above, there wasn't a lot to work with, and the turn around has been impressive.
This is a perfect example of a company that was able to completely change directions for the better, and do so in less than a year. I believe that Eastwood has positioned itself to be the top player in their market, and no doubt will be able to greatly expand that market due to the changes made this year.
"Best Improved" is an understatement!

Still a long long way to go but must reluctantly give the nod to the GSI mob.

I have to go with JC Whitney's program as Rick sure has done wonders for showcasing his extensive autoparts product lines. I'm sure those car club sites are rocking with those targeted showcases.

Eastwood, they used to take a hammering and Patrice came in and listened, give her a raise.

Wasn't it this past year that overstock dumped all the scumware? That move, whatever its motives, shouldn't be overlooked.

I am so flattered. Thank you, Karl, Andy, and Trust for your posts. I can't even tell you how much they mean to me. Even if Eastwood's program doesn't come out as the winner this year, I feel, from your posts, that I won already.

I agree with Chet. Although we lost the forum. Overstock program did improve in the last 6 months or so.

I was thinking about nominating Overstock because they have gained my respect this year, but they have already been nominated and that got me thinking...
...in terms of real dollars, providing real tools that work, and devoting serious resources to making all affiliates more productive, Amazon.com has blown everyone away this year.
Two things really stand out with them:
a) the incentives and goals programs in which EVERY AFFILIATE can earn substantially more than they did in the past (not some silly contest where one person wins and everyone else is a LOSER, and not a Linkshare-type program where you have to sell $30,000 to achieve the goal).
b) the new linking and marketing tools are outstanding
