I'd like to nominate Affiliate Window. I've only been with them for a short while, but the range of merchants and availability of datafeeds is impressive. Most UK networks make deeplinks difficult.. Affiliate Window makes them pretty easy.

Have not used them yet as I've been concentrating on US merchants, but they're based in Deptford and I grew up in that classy (ahem) area of London and that's good enough for a nomination from me...

I have seen them grow from a so-so program with a few merchants to a pretty solid system with loads of good merchants and a wide range of datafeed tools.
