Last weekend my friend got married in this castle. It's located about an hour outside of Austin Texas in Marble Falls. It was a beautiful day, and the castle was VERY cool. My first time to a wedding like this! Sorry for the poor quality pictures, my camera/phone was all I had with me.

i know... i know... most of you are probably thinking "a castle in TEXAS?!!!". so was i! from the rumors that were told at the wedding, the owner invented some type of cat-litter ages ago and built himself a castle! also, you might find it interesting that he lives upstairs! the entire 2nd & 3rd floors were off limits as that's where he and his wife live. these pictures don't do the property much justice. this place you could see 10 miles away as it sits on the top of the largest hill in the area. the car "garage" is large enough to fit many normal sized houses in, and the servants quarters were practically another castle altogether.

after the wedding we stayed in some cottages near by (same owners as the castle), and continued to celebrate through the night. all in all, we had a great time and i think my buddy had a wonderful wedding. he and the misses are on a flight to Jamaica as we speak. http://abw.infopop.cc/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
