We seek a dynamic Affiliate Manager for our eCommerce team. Reporting to our eCommerce Director the main duties and responsibilities of this position include: Developing, analyzing and executing the strategic plan and tactics related to the affiliate channel for prospecting new customers. This individual will be providing results analysis and reporting, identification of new advertising/marketing opportunities, recruitment of new niche affiliates, updating marketing offer strategies, creative positioning and execution of ads.
Specific knowledge, skills and abilities required and/or preferred for this position: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, accounting, or equivalent related work experience is required. A proven track record of understanding e-commerce and affiliate marketing programs and the ability to interpret, analyze, extrapolate and communicate market data and results. Strong time management skills, ability to manage deadlines, successful management of workload to meet performance expectations. Excellent report-writing and communications skills and the ability to effectively articulate and respond to questions from executives, managers, and team members are required. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to solve complex business problems and be flexible in administering processes and identifying process changes to maximize opportunities, as they become available. Database, advanced spreadsheet, and word-processing skills are required. Familiarity with BeFree, Commission Junction, Performics and/or LinkShare. Ability to reconcile payments and create and maintain promotions. LIMITED RELOCATION PROVIDED
