Primary objective is to increase revenue through acquisition of new customers from our Affiliate base.
• Recruit highly qualified affiliates and deliver on aggressive new account goals
• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining profitable affiliates
• Plan and organize promotions that encourage affiliates to generate higher sales
• Prepare and communicate a monthly affiliate report
• Develop effective marketing and promotional materials (e.g. banners, buttons, text links,
landing pages, etc) with the help of the Creative Studio team
• Manage all communications to affiliates such as monthly newsletters announcing new programs/specials
• Help to resolve affiliate issues or concerns
• Review and approve commission payments and identify any affiliate fraud
• Support other web marketing responsibilities as needed
• Find new commercial deals for the business.
• Motivate individuals to perform optimally.
 Ensure workload is being adequately met.
 Maintain high productivity from affiliate staff.
 Ensure adequate training takes place

Requirements

• Candidates should be strong negotiators with a ‘trader mentality’.
Must be target driven.
• Previous experience in building an internet affiliate team
• Degree (preferable) / similar qualification
• Marketing understanding of internet affiliate programs
• Solid process definition and management skills
• Previous experience in managing a team of people
• Web / eCommerce experience required
• Solid negotiation ability / people management
• Database skills (understand database structures, etc)
