Just logged in to check. If the Networks were really serious about the rules they would do it how Google does it. Where you have to click the Accept button before you can do anything in your account. Good Google finally has this.

Me too...finally...after far too long paying $ cheques into UK banks and then waiting for them to be cleared so I can transfer the $ to £ !!

I got all excited when I read this post, but alas, not available for Australia. :upset: Only the countries listed below so far. Still, at least us Aussies can get them to cut a cheque in AUS dollars now so we don't have to wait months for it clear.

Hmm, well they say you can get paid by cheque in your local currency, but when I go to change it, it only offers it in US or CAN dollars.

Anyone else having this problem?

That's a tough one - direct deposit is convenient but nothing beats getting checks in the mail. I just love getting those checks! :emoticon:

Another thing I noticed the last couple days is revenues are way down. I wonder if it had something to do with these changes being implemented?

Like Tambo I got all excited about direct deposit until I looked at the list of approved countries...no Australia...bummer... :upset:

Tambo, I managed to get them to pay in AUD...the drop down menu for me gave me the choice of USD or AUD...I can only imagine that maybe you've got you address down as somewhere in Canada? Otherwise I can't imagine why they would give you that choice.

Westpac does a good deal for me and puts USD checks in straight away into my account - even faster than AUD checks...pays to get to know the bank manager. :)

Yep you're right Oscar, I set my address to Canada temporarily as I'm over here at the moment. Wrote Google and now I have to set up a whole new account just to change back to Australia to get my cheque in Aussie dollars.

Lucky you. My bank does that for me too, but only for amounts that convert to less than $2000 AUD - Guess I should attempt to get to know my bank manager better... nah, I'd rather wait for the cheque to clear :joke:

I can see they've sent it to my bank, but it hasn't shown yet. Looking over other direct deposits to my account, it sometimes takes a few days to show. I love not having to go to the bank to deposit the check!

Its about time for adsense DD. In my country I have to wait 6 weeks for the checks to be cleared before I can cash it although it can be deposited into a bank account. So I am all for Direct Deposit. I just wish all the affiliate programs could DD earnings to foreign countries.
