MagsForLess, a Manhattan-based e-retailer, needs a full-time Affiliate Marketing Manager. This is a freelance telecommuting position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruit new affiliates through our affiliate platform
• Direct prospecting resulting from online research
• Manage all marketing communications to affiliate network
• Promote new features and benefits of the affiliate program
• Oversee the promotional schedule and development of new creative to drive affiliate sales
• Optimize the success of affiliates via effective account management
• Contribute to the growth of the affiliate program by using innovation and creativity

REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing, preferably for an online e-retailer or e-commerce company
• Internet-savvy with comprehensive understanding of online marketing
• Creative with ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of basic HTML
• Experience with affiliate technologies or online marketing a plus
