Hi,
your "Shop by Product" navbar looks funny on Firefox 0.9.
Thought you'd like to know...

Hi Chris,
I click on links from Shop by Product and it's giving me some error!

Chris, the issues seems to be with most of the links specifying .......cat_id.27
If the "." is changed to an "=" the nav works.
We're using IE6 and almost all of the links have the "cat_id." in them.

Hi Poon
the Cat_Id. is the format and that works for most people, changing to cat_id= actually goes to a different page.
We have had a couple of customers have the same problem now so Philip is trying to trace the problem, the issue being that we can't seem to replicate it even though we know it's happening.
Do you have any special settings om your PC, such as Java off or others like that?
Cheers

No special settings that I can think of. The browser is IE6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.
The specific error is: The page cannot be displayed
...
Cannot find server or DNS Error
Java is definately enabled but also loaded with the sun jdk taking priority over the ms java runtime. Not sure if this is conflicting somehow with the jsp but it does seem to doing something weird. Just sitting on the page, I keep seeing it doing something on a timer event :
Does http://myirishjeweler.netalert.com/proactive/proactive_rpc_frame.jsp mean anything special to you?
What are you doing rpc wise? I do have a firewall and rpc calls may be being droped out by it which may be contributing to the issue?

Hi Poon
I believe that is related to the Netagent tool they use on the site. Thanks for the above I'll fire over to Philip and see what he can dig up.
