StubHub-Where Fans Buy & Sell Tickets has completed revamping the in-house program using the MyAp software.

http://www.stubhub.com/affiliate-sign-up

The StubHub Affiliate Program is unique from others because not only can you receive commission when someone buys through your links, but also when someone sells tickets after clicking through your links. The upside here is huge because if you refer one season ticket holder, you will receive commissions every time one of their postings sells.

The StubHub Program offers a 60-day cookie and pays a tiered commission structure, up to $24 on every sale. We are not brokers, but rather a marketplace for tickets so you will notice that our ticket prices can be much cheaper than other secondary ticket sites. Our EPC is over $13 for the past 3 months and $45 for the past 7 days, which is significantly higher than any of our competitors.

We do offer an XML feed (with white papers) that I would be more than happy to send you. We are always available to help you with suggestions, information for PPC campaigns or anything else that you can think of, just let us know.

You can check out and sign up for our program by visiting:

Brian,

I switched a few of my links last week from CJ to your independent program and I am seeing results already.

However, I have a question. Under "MTD Transaction History", under "Sale Type", I am showing 3 "Sale" transactions. Does that mean it is where people sold tickets rather than buying them? I assume it would say "Buy" if they had bought tickets. Also, if a person arranges to sell a ticket, does the sale credit show up right away or is it given only if and when somebody actually buys the ticket? I assume the latter situation is the case.

If this is the case then I have already made $48 that I would have lost out on if I had left them as CJ links. Assuming that is the case, then I am going to switch all my links over from CJ to your independent program. :)

Is the affiliate interface of StubHub offline? Yesterday afternoon the login page was giving not found errors, today it won't let me log in and won't email my password.

Tim, I have not had any other emails regarding it being down and I just tried logging in and it is working. Shoot me an email if you are still having problems Tim and try both of these links:

http://affiliate.stubhub.com

or

http://www.myaffiliateprogram.com/u/stubhub/login.htm

Sorry about the difficulties Tim, let me know if you are still experiencing them. You can contact me at bstreich@stubhub.com

I log in and it sends me here: http://affiliate.stubhub.com/AffiliateAdmin.asp
then coughs up:
"Not Found

The requested URL /AffiliateAdmin.asp was not found on this server."

I'll send you an e-mail about it. :)

Actually, the second link works ok, the first does not. I'll just use the second one from now on.

Tim, can you let me know who your ISP is? I think it has to do with our server hosts and the DNS entry.

Thanks for the info.

Brian,

What happened to your affiliate Log In page? I keep getting a "page not found" message and the page it redirects me to does not seem to have anyway to get to the correct page.

What happened?

Nevermind. It works again.

I wonder if it was just temporarily down or is working again because you contacted them?

Either way, we're back in business. :)

Do you have a datafeed Brian ?

StubHubAM
July 20th, 2005, 05:16 PM
We do have a datafeed...we have XML located on an https and I can also put together a CSV or text for you. If you would like CSV or text, just let me know and we can schedule the frequency for which you want it.

I am trying to get together an FTP location so you will be able to just grab these when you wish, but until then, I am more than happy to do them for you.

Having one of the non-xml feeds on an ftp someplace is a high priority for me. :)

Tim, I am writing up the request and should have an FTP location shortly. I have made it a high priority so hopefully this can get done very soon.
