We are a new website (8 months old) www.remodelormove.com that helps homeowners decide if they should remodel or they should move. 10 million homeowners a year struggle with this decision in the US. In many ways we are like consumer reports.

We are starting our affiliate program in the next few weeks and would like your advice on how to become a GREAT merchant. Here are the actions that we are interested in paying a commission on. Please let us know any advice you have on what affiliates want and need to be successful.

1. newsletter registrations
2. purchase of books (new one due out in July) (price $15 to $40)
3. purchase of 1 on 1 consulting (price $140 per hour)
4. purchase of a seat in a seminar (price $30 per person)
5. Request for a contractor
6. Request for financing a remodel

I would suggest first to spend a good deal of time reading posts on this site in many categories. There's a wealth of information here into what most affiliates are looking for. Here's a couple starters:

Good payout
Good conversions, can the merchant close the sale
Clean program, no BS stance against parasites and spyware
Honest AM that's accessible
Program that tracks 100%
