I've made a minor change. I've removed the "copying from my site is not allowed" restriction (of course, this ONLY applies to GoodBulbs!).

However, it is preferred that you don't just copy/paste from there. Other descriptions are provided in the datafeed, and keeping things mixed up will help avoid duplicate-content penalties.

After serious consideration stemming from recent threads about various PPC restrictions which I consider to be completely silly, I've made a change in the Terms. ShareASale forces merchants to give a 1-week notice before they consider Terms to be "in effect." That'll the 15th of March, 2008.

But as of NOW I will be going by this:

THERE ARE NOW NO PPC BIDDING RESTRICTIONS for the GoodBulbs program. Bid away!
Note: Remember, SAS's general network terms are still in effect.

Since this is not a tightening of the Terms I believe there will be no problems if I go ahead and roll with it today rather than waiting.

Of course, if I see something that's actually bad come up as a result of this, I'll have to re-change the Terms.

(SAS is supposed to send an automated email blast to current affs when Terms are changed, but as of this writing it hasn't happened. If it doesn't happen by Friday night, I'll send this out as a newsletter...so you may get 2 notices if Murphy's Law kicks in.)
