And that was just the Firm Jiggle Free Abs routine.... :)

Cheers

Well I guess you can remove your self from the "guy" category now. 2 classes of aerobics might take you to the dark side.

what you guys need is the Dance Dance Revolution.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dance_Dance_Revolution

& check out how real nerds make it work: http://ask.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=04/05/24/2057233&tid=191&tid=186&tid=4 Heights is there are all these open source DDR emulators and stuff.

Anyways, so if you want to drop a kilogram, you only have to have a net energy expenditure of about 9E16 joules. Cheers to that.

Somehow the thought of spending exponential amounts of energy doesn't fit with the term "only!" LOL

I found that Karate classes provides all the aerobics I need. My breathing has improved since my bout with pneumonia and I can stop most any kind of attack - especially handy when you step on a turned-up garden rake.

Kickboxing classes and step aerobics have always done good for me.. I've had 3 knee surgeries and when I'm not doing them it's a lot weaker. Once I start back into the program the knee is much-mo-betta so it's a two fold benefit :-)

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Well at least not until I'm Jiggle Free :D

Billy Blanks is good, just too fast for me as a starter! Used to do Taekwondo but just not enough time with communiting and the like :)

I second that motion...Chris there's no point posting us a clip AFTER...we need a BEFORE and AFTER shot to ensure that it's working... :D

In the meantime, keep jiggling those abs!! And you'll get a 6 pack in no time.
