Job Description:
Hotwire.com is seeking a talented, detail-oriented individual who has strong partner management and online marketing skills. As a member of the in-house online marketing team, you’ll report to the Sr. Manager and be responsible for managing and leading all aspects of the affiliate program.

Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ownership of the affiliate marketing program. Responsible for delivering monthly traffic, revenue and profit within given efficiency metrics.
 Cultivation of top performing affiliates and management of affiliate agency.
• Work with cross-functional teams on initiatives such as: forecasting revenues, streamlining internal processes, generating landing pages, generating creative assets, update on-site marketing collateral and legal terms and conditions.

Candidates must have:
 Have an excellent understanding of online marketing
 Be able to build relationships with internal and external partners at all levels of management.
 Be comfortable analyzing large sets of data to identify actionable insights.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
 Have very strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Be able to manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines.
 Fluency with Excel is required.
 BA/BS with 2-4 years of work experience.

Desired skills:
 Hands-on experience using an affiliate marketing platform such as BeFree, Commission Junction or Linkshare. Experience using and/or building an in-house platform is also valuable.
 Fluency with databases is strongly desired.
 Experience marketing online travel services is a strong plus.
 Quantitative marketing experience or background.
 A great attitude.
