Altrec.com Outdoors is seeking a Director of Business Development. This position will have complete responsibility for growing the online revenue associated with strategic partners and affiliate programs. Key functions include:

· the management of internal affiliate staff

· negotiation and acquisition of strategic partnerships with national and international brand recognition

· ongoing marketing program management with existing partner & affiliate programs.

Qualified applicants will have meaningful experience in strategic business development, online affiliate marketing, and staff management.

The position will be managing staff in Kirkland, WA. This will eventually require relocation to Kirkland, but a reasonable transition plan can be established.
