I've done lots of test purchases in the past and this is my first that didn't track. My stuff just came. They were usually one of my best merchants but sales last month were just off. It's why i did this test purchase in the first place. Will post if it eventually shows up.

That's what I was afraid of. As you know, I had two test purchases not show up - and sales have been way down. Ross assured me that he's had his people check, and they say that tracking on their end is fine. I don't know though...my sales are way down. Maybe it's time to do another test purchase...

Same here with sales being down, they were a top 10 merchant for me, one of my favorites. I sent them an email, see what's happening. Will do another test purshase sometime this month.

Alright, sale just showed up in my reports. That's good. I guess it just takes a little longer to show in reports.
