The website is BulgarianVenture.com (http://www.bulgarianventure.com) and it promotes investment property for sale in Bulgaria.
We have been having great success with SEOs as the market is relatively soft. In particular affiliates with property or travel sites have been having great success.
I can provide you with a list of target keyword and creative.
We have had great conversions so far with pure search traffic converting at 1/20 clicks.

We pay $10 per lead and the form is simple with only a few fields.

Our biggest target market is the UK but we pay for leads from the US, Australia, italy, Germany, Ireland, etc

For those who are not interested is it because:

a) I have enough work I don't need another program?
b) I just don't like DarkBlue.com
c) I don't know where Bulgaria is?
d) I don't have Bulgarian traffic my site targets the US not UK
e) I'm not an SEO and my site is not a good match
f) You're just not in my niche and I don't want to build new sites
g) my own reasons, which are.............
i) I've never heard of you or your company so I don't trust you!
