AFFILIATE MARKETING MANAGER

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Reporting to the VP Internet Marketing, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for all sales and marketing programs required to grow the FootSmart.com affiliate network, revenues and profits. You will enjoy the challenge and excitement of expanding the current FootSmart.com affiliate base, while ensuring that the program is consistent with overall FootSmart brand objectives.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
· Develop, execute and manage the affiliate recruitment plan
· Develop and manage partnership marketing and promotional programs designed to build traffic and sales
· Monitor Commission Junction, Performics and internal performance tracking and identify/resolve any discrepancy issues
· Monitor trademarks, adware and coupon codes to ensure that affiliates work within the confines of the program guidelines
· Develop and execute partner communication initiatives to drive revenue such as newsletters,
forum, community boards and personal contact
· Coordinate product data feed, technical integration and creative needed for adding new products to affiliate program
· Test, identify and implement highest converting offers and landing pages in support of improving affiliate sales performance
· Manually review all incoming affiliate applications
· Forecast and analyze affiliate sales, including order volume and A/S ratios
· Manage all affiliate communications and issues as they relate to the program
· Manage all revenue share programs, such as Amazon, Shopping.com and other comparison
shopping portals

QUALIFICATIONS
· BA/BS Degree in business, marketing, or related field
· 2+ years experience in an online marketing role; previous experience in a sales, account management or direct selling recruitment role highly desirable
· Online experience in affiliate marketing strongly preferred
· Outgoing “sales” personality and desire to work in a collaborative environment
· Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
· Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills
