Thanks for the quick communication & easy sign-up Jeff! I look forward to working together - This looks like it could be a fantastic program!
Can you remind me again how you keep track of subsequent visits? Will these still be tracked using my affiliate ID - and for how long?

Appreciate the positive feedback. The first time a visitor links over to reozone.com a cookie is set for 30 days.
We use DirectTrack so all clicks are tracked and you can view your stats in real time.
Please pm me or send me an e-mail with the url to the page our link is on so I can make sure your account payout is set at 50%.
Look forward to a profitable partnership.

Jeff,
As a subscriber to these lists I'd like to ask what does "updated regularly" mean and is there a trial period, if so ... how long?

Haiko,
We update our properties daily. The inherent challenge in my business is our data is as good as the data that is provided to us.
We rely on many public sources for our data. A seasoned investor could probably find most of the same data on his/her own. The value we add is the convenience of having all the property listings in one place instead of needing to search hundreds of sites.
Many of the people that benefit from our foreclosure property database are individuals looking for a primary residence but are shut out of the market due to such inflated home prices.
We provide a 3 day trial at a cost of $9.95. Typically 67% of the people that sign up for the trial stay on beyond the trial period.

Hey Joe,
I plan on offering a data feed in the next month. First step at this point is to recruit some good solid affiliates.
At my previous job as AM for ForeclosureFreeSearch I worked closely with Akiva of AffSolutions to develop a data feed option. It was a great tool to recruit affiliates but it never really converted very well.
Many affiliates went ahead and invested a great deal of time to integrate the feed onto their sites but it and never really provided much benefit.
Now that I get to build the affiliate program I always wanted to, my commitment is to only offer my partners tools that I know for sure will convert to revenue. There are a number of enhancements I am currently working on for the new data feed application. Additionally, I plan on offering a much larger data feed to include all of our properties, not just a small limited list of properties.
As soon as I am ready to launch I will first announce it here on Abestweb. Appreciate your 2 cents! :)

I agree... I know for myself i could never get off the ground with the other program...
but this time with a whole different approach from both of us I'm sure we'll be winners :D

Recently I have had a number of affiliates ask me if we have sub-id tracking. Answer: YES
Being able to offer this feature was one of the main reasons I originally chose DirectTrack for tracking the reozone affiliate program. This is especially helpful for affiliates that are running cpc campaigns and want to track sales to the keyword level.

It's actually pretty good. I've done some testing and it seems to convert pretty good. Jeff is doing a good job to enhance the program with creatives and tracking.
I'm a big believer in the free trial, I think he will make that happen. We just need enough of us to ask for it.
Do you have some real estate related sites?

It sure is.
There are a few programs out there(PM if interested). But it seems like the model is changing and getting very competitive.
