I am currently recruiting for a Manager of Affiliate Marketing for my client 1-800-Flowers.com. See specs below:

Set strategy and overall business objectives for Affiliate Marketing, enterprise-wide
Manage two team members and 3rd Party Affliate Provider to develop marketing and promotional plans, including sales contests and loyalty programs, and to meet sales goals.
Negotiate with affiliate partners for additional placement, particularly during key seasonal times.
Analyze sales performance and trends; recommend appropriate changes in strategy, pricing, and promotions to achieve revenue and expense objectives
Establish Affiliate Channel revenue and expense budget
Manage 3rd Party Affiliate provider

2 years experience in Affiliate Marketing. Other experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or business development is a plus.
Both creativity and strong analytical skills
A hands-on manager with the ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Proven success and experience within Affiliate Marketing
Ability to work independently and in synergy with other teams. Team player a must!
College degree required.
