This is not a thread regarding an open AM position, rather it is to see if anybody out there is looking for an individual seasoned in both the Business Development and AM side of the business. If you are looking for someone that can provide:
Affiliate Management
1. Daily Management of Affiliate program
2. Build, sustain and strategize with current super-affiliates
3. Recruit new super affiliates and negotiate revenue share and terms
4. Identify and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, exploit new growth opportunities, and optimize ROI.
5. Manage and support affiliate and partner relationships with marketing advice, creative, analysis, and reporting.
6. Built and scaled online affiliate acquisition programs
Business Development Management
1. Create and implement strategies to seek out potentially high volume partners
2. Recruit new super affiliates and negotiate revenue share and terms
3. Negotiate deals of all models (CPA, CPC CPM) with major media networks
4. Optimize partnerships through analysis of existing metrics
5. Designe html creative and banners
6. Lead a small team of BD coordinators and PPCSE marketers
