Europe and other countries may register for our services, although we are currently only assigning North America (US & Canada) phone numbers.

Zingo, your program looks great, and I have signed up.

I also have a question about 2 tiered affiliates which I have tried answering here (http://forum.abestweb.com/showthread.php?t=62639) but no response.

Do I need a special link or have sub-affiliates sign up or should they simply go to you site then look for the affiliate program section?
