New Year Fitness Resolution

The ball hasn't dropped yet but lets start early to make this new year's fitness related resolution. You know you want to do it and there won't be no excuses this time.

So tell everyone.. whats your resolution?

I'll start with mine. Aim small, miss small.. So its going to be a 30 minute brisk walk 5 days a week.

Whats yours?

Okay let's see.

- Get to the gym at least 3 times a week
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
- Even though red wine is good for me...stop drinking it during the week..oh and the scotch too.. :cry:
- Learn how to ski
- Oh, and make a date with that nice bald man I saw online the other day...OOPS, wrong thread!

Ok, instead of walking, i will start to jogging.
From now on, i will jog from the house to the car
and from the car, jog back to the house :biggrin: .
