Has anybody here used the Big Silver Ball from Gunner Peterson? It looks like a fun workout, plus I would get to oggle Brooke Burke while I work out. :clap:

It's a great workout. Just tried it this weekend, left me very sore. Gunnar is an excellent instructor.
