Yes, I followed all the way through back to merchant.

second order days later ( today) paid with credit card -> did track
Same pc settings/software, same link

WindAndWeather ( CJ) did track

Just wondering how this is acceptable ... I personally have spent better than $2k via paypal so far this year. Is this standard throughout the system?


The reason your order did not track is because payment was made using
paypal. Because paypal orders are completed at paypal.com, our system
cannot track these orders with shareasale.com's tracking methods. With
other payment methods, shareasale is able to record sales completed through

Agreed.
Been there enough throughout the years to know to follow through back to merchants site in order to complete the order. I did ... it did not track and this was the excuse given.

If they didn't specifically disclaim any/all sales which use paypal as non commissionable in theiir TOS they owe you the money. Take a screenshot of it now.
