As the Affiliate Manager you will manage two of the largest in-house programs with tens of thousands affiliates for both the AllPosters.com and Art.com brands. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, results driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Manage day to day operation of both the Art.com and AllPosters.com affiliate programs to ensure monthly revenue objectives are met. Update reporting, analyze for key trends, communicate performance of the programs, and recommend improvements.

·Manage top-performing and key affiliate accounts. Negotiate improved presence on affiliate sites and within other marketing vehicles.

·Develop strategies to recruit new affiliates and to grow the contribution of current affiliates

·Ensure the continued growth and health of the program by monitoring the needs and interests of affiliates, as well as the status of the affiliate marketing industry. Identify areas of opportunity to develop leading tools, enhancements and incentives for affiliates.

·Develop overall communications for affiliates such as the newsletter and Extranet sites and work closely with the Affiliate Administrators who will execute on direct affiliate communications

·Develop strategies for monitoring existing affiliate compliance with program terms and conditions and identify any fraud and spyware activity

·Work with the IT department to resolve any affiliate backend/tool issues (e.g. datafeeds, web services, reporting) and to coordinate and execute affiliate projects

·Ensure monthly payments for both programs are completed on time by the Affiliate Administrator

·Work closely with the Merchandising team to plan and execute communication plan to market new products to the Affiliates

REQUIREMENTS:

·Minimum four years work experience, at least 2 years experience in affiliate marketing

·BA/BS degree

·Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Strong problem identification and resolution sills

·Detail-oriented and ability to manage priorities

·Effective project management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·Strong knowledge of Excel and basic HTML. Comfort level with and interested in Internet technologies such as datafeeds, XML, and RSS.

·Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision

·Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments to sell ideas and manage resources
