Apologies ahead of time if this is in the wrong section, but this seemed the most appropriate place.

I'm searching for Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Russian travel affiliate programs open to foreigners.

First on my wish-list would be a Korean airline or travel affiliate; I thought I found one, but their website seems 5 years stale and their relationship link with CJ no longer resolves.

Does anyone know of any?

I know a Russia-geared affiliate program. Not an airline or travel one, but a good Russian gifts and collectibles affiliate program. See my signature for details.

I have some premium asian and russian travel domains which I'd like to develop, hence my interest in affiliate programs for those markets.

Not open yet but moveandstay.com will be launching and aff program around Q2, their site will cover Asia (but not Russia), you might also want to check some of the hotel aggregator sites that have inhouse affiliate programs, such as http://www.hotelclub.net/ (Asia but not Russia) - NOTE avoid AsiaRooms - Search to see why, mass of bad press

And if you can read Japanese then check out LinkShare Japan for local travel programs.
