Job Description and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing the Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Companys affiliate marketing strategy, recruiting new affiliates, building new and expanding existing programs and ongoing affiliate relationship management. Responsibilities include:
Execute the strategy, development, execution, and analysis of affiliate programs, including existing programs (www.directlyhome.com (CJ) and www.buying-bar-stools.com (ShareASale) and new ones.
Identify and recruit new affiliates to the program, review new affiliate applications
Develop and execute affiliate promotions - continually provide affiliates with new incentives, new marketing messages, and new advertisements
Test, identify and implement highest converting offers and landing pages in support of improving affiliate sales performance
Develop and execute partner communication initiatives to drive revenue such as newsletters, forums, community boards, and personal contact
Expand relationships with current affiliates
Create reciprocal relationships with affiliate managers from other companies.
Coordinate product data feeds, technical integration, and creative needed for adding new products to affiliate program
Monitor affiliate promotions and promotional placements, including violations of affiliate terms and conditions
Utilize web analytics tools to improve performance and deliver reports to upper management of results.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance affiliate program, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI
Work with marketing team to extend promotional efforts to affiliates
Opportunities to contribute to related areas of marketing, learn from the industry leaders in online marketing
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher.
Prior experience with affiliate program management required; minimum of 3 years of retail online marketing experience and 5+ years of general work experience preferred
Sales experience a plus
Independent, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Ability to build and execute strategic programs that support sales objectives
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects and campaigns
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor; entrepreneurial spirit; team-oriented approach
Extremely detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and possess a strong work ethic.
