* Pay-per-click & search engine marketing planning, buying, execution and optimization, conversion and roi utilizing tools such as Google, Yahoo, etc
* Experience in account management, handling/managing multiple keyword clients or keyword accounts.
* Work with end clients to determine keyword competitors, business strategy, and overall understand of clients business and hiring/job keyword targets.
* Experience with Pay Per Click bid management tools
* Web analytics software experience including Urchin
* Ability to handle a workload of multiple tasks, occasionally under deadlines.

* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written.
* Serve as a point of reference on sales calls with future clients, to explain the benefits of the pay per click management service.
* Responsible for ppc budget including but not limited to conversion rate, cost per click, and overall ppc budget reduction & optimization to increase profit.
