I made ten orders over Christmas at 800 flowers, all tracked.

I do have one thing to add to this , though. Out of 10 orders, 4 people said their order arrived in very poor condition ( broken candles, lights that didn't work, dead greens... they were holiday center pieces) Although they do have an excellent replacement guarantee, this is not the first time I have had complaints about 800 flowers, and I will personally not order using their service again. :(
