I have some pics that I would like to share, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to make them show up.
I upload them with the manage attachments, insert the image in the post, yet when I preview it, the image is not displayed.

Thanks Rexanne, She just turned five on 1/30/06, has two brothers and dose not stop for much of anything. Both of them are older than she is, but yet I swear she is tougher than both of them. She will wrestle and play football, they turned her into a bit of a tomboy, but she still loves her babies.

She's gonna be a major heart breaker. :-) It's great to have big brothers. Perfect set up but they'll be chasing her boyfriends away soom enough. Bless her heart, she really is adorable.
My 12 year-old daughter looked at her picture and said: "She's 5." LOL - Kids can tell these things. She thought your daughter was a real cutie, too.

Thanks for sharing! We have 5 kids ourselves at home - I would be lost without them although someday I will need to make that adjustment of having them off on their own I know. I will just have to teach them how "to make money on the internet" so they can make a living where ever they are, and then live real close so I can have grandkids visit. Of course, it would be helpful if I learned how to do this first!

Neil,
Somehow, I suspect that your capacity to love will just grow and grow once a child of yours comes into the world and you'll never go back!
Kids keep you honest AND young at heart :-)

Great photo. We're kicking around the idea of kids ourselves, and I sure hope if we move forward, they end up as beautiful as yours.

She looks a little like both.
Thanks to everyone for your kind comments!
I must agree with Rexanne, The biggest joys and the biggest heartaches you will ever know involve your children.
For example, today we had to take her to the hospital to have a tests. One where they put a microscope inside to look at her bladder. The other an ultrasound. Hated to she her go through that, she sure was not happy. But the tests all came back good! So we were all happy in the end.

Oh the poor little darling. :-( - ALMOST makes it not worth the love, huh? Almost ... but not quite. Bless her little heart. I hope she is feeling good and not too traumatized. I'm sure she's being spoiled and loved to the max right now so she'll bounce back and feel very special for all the attention.
Meanwhile, I'm sure you were more traumatized than she was, TTW! Thankfully, all tests came out good. You can relax now. :smiling:

You better start practicing up on how to be an intimidating father when the fellows start coming around (in 12 years or so).
Seriously, the best thing you can do as a father is to be a good role model to your daughter on how a man should treat a woman - that's the kind of guy your little girl will seek out when she grows up. I get the impression that you are fully aware of this.
