Thanks for all the affiliates who have already joined! We are passionate about our product and look forward to also assist your visitors to "see any situation from fresh and new perspectives to achieve greatness". Moreover, we are very keen to work with our affiliates to create a mutually beneficial relationship to optimise earnings. As such, we would like to get feedback from our existing affiliates and future affiliates regarding aspects such as:

Banners
We still need to add a range of new banner sizes. Which banner sizes should we start with first and are the most required?

Data Feed
We only have a single product that we sell in a maximum of 5 different versions. However, a proper Data feed would probably still make sense and we are going to put this in place for our affiliates.

Optimised Conversion Rate
We would want to ensure the most effective conversion rate of the Thinking-out-of-the-Box e-Worskhop for ourselves and for our affiliates. Currently potential buyers are able to download the e-Workshop and view the Introduction for free. After going through the introduction, if they then want to use the complete e-Workshop they have to pay. We are considering to sell the e-Workshop using something as follows for potential buyers:

"E-mail us at licenserequest@stratsmart.com to request a licence to be able to use the complete e-Workshop. We are very confident that you would find our Thinking-out-of-the-Box e-Workshop extremely valuable and that you would Use it and re-use it frequently! We would therefore gladly provide you with the usage of the complete e-Workshop if you undertake in the request e-mail to purchase the e-Workshop after you have worked through it. This is a time limited offer.

Ps. Obviously, we acknowledge that different people have different needs and that not everybody might find this e-Workshop a good fit for him/her. If this is the case after working through the e-workshop, then we respect that. "

In this way, we want to leverage of the "Reciprocation", the "Scarcity" and the "Commitment & Consistency" principles as discussed in the very highly regarded book by Robert Cialdini, titled "Influence: Science and Practice". Also, it is along the lines of a "try-before-you-buy" approach.

The people who would download the e-workshop and work through it without eventually paying for it, would probably not have purchased it any event, even if it was not "open" before paying. But we should pick up additional sales from people who would have been reluctant to purchase if it was not "open" before paying.

Pricing: We would like to get a sense from our affiliates and future affilaites about the correct pricing level to get the highest possible conversion rate. If the price is too low, it is perceived as not being of substantial value and benefit, if it is too expensive, it is more difficult to get a high conversion rate.

Ony other suggestions?
