Virgin Atlantic will pay 1-3% for every booking.

Commissions are paid out on all flights originating in the US.

Commission Structure:
0-40 sales = 1%
41-100 sales = 2%
100+ sales = 3%

Do the affiliates have to live in the UK to join or can they live anywhere (i.e. I live in the United States)?

Although I am based in the United States, I am starting sections of my website that are pitched to those living in the UK and Europe.

You can live anywhere you'd like! =) This program is open to all affiliates. They obviously have a currencly selection just in case a visitor is out of the US, or somewhere else.

Every program on AffiliateFuture, is open to the US market. We do have a few cross over merchants from our UK network, however, they've opened up programs on our US network so they can reach the US market.

Regarding Virgin specifically, we've actually opened up the program where any flight booked is paid, rather than just flights originating from the US.
