About the Opportunity.
*Daily Affiliate Management: Creative & Offer Recommendations, Payout Changes, Dispute Resolution, etc.
*Analyze Affiliate activity on a daily basis and identify opportunities for improvement
*Recruit new Affiliates into the Network(Search, Email, contextual and Display)
*Develop and distribute marketing materials to Affiliates and Prospects
*Work closely with principals to determine optimal Affiliate & Offer mix on Network
*Help develop test and launch strategies for new campaigns
*Represent the Network at Trade Shows and Conventions

Qualifications
*Experience in many forms of internet media and marketing, with knowledge of email marketing a plus
*Must possess knowledge of creative development process
*Must know the process of prospecting, negotiating, and closing media deals
*Should have established contacts with publishers and media networks
*Must possess an understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization
*Excellent communication and writing skills

Salary:50000+ DOE
