No response! ske9963 May 23rd, 2006, 11:07 AM that is a long duration u might want to follow up.. boningroup May 23rd, 2006, 11:35 AM I have sent two e-mails and get a generic response that they are looking into it. The e-mail for Petsmart is affiliate@linkshare so it is not going directly to Petsmart but to Linkshare. buybymail May 23rd, 2006, 04:21 PM I found the address on petsmarts.com affiliate page. It's a little more specific. Hope it helps. petsmartaffiliates@linkshare.com. Thanks Barry boningroup May 23rd, 2006, 05:12 PM The problem is it goes to Linkshare not Petsmart. boningroup June 1st, 2006, 05:26 PM I sent another e-mail to PetSmart yesterday with no response yet. MoneyBusiness June 3rd, 2006, 01:04 AM It's a shame. It seems that the larger the company, the less reliable they are. Let's not forget to mention their lack of proper communication as well. ske9963 June 3rd, 2006, 06:42 AM It is time to call somebody at linkshare. if you know somebody at linkshare or if you know an affiliate prog manager, ask him/her to help you with that by FWD ur email boningroup June 3rd, 2006, 02:23 PM Don't know anyone over there. ske9963 June 3rd, 2006, 10:31 PM do a search for linkshare manager.. i saw a posting today where LS manager posted boningroup June 5th, 2006, 11:34 AM I received this reply: The representative that was previously handling your issue is no longer in Affiliate Support. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We have reached out to the merchant in order receive resolution within the next seven days. The inquiry in your log will be resolved or you will be contacted by the merchant directly. boningroup June 5th, 2006, 02:03 PM Now I have gotten the following e-mail from Linkshare: Merchants have 30 days to investigate a transaction inquiry. Please allow time for the merchant to resolve the inquiry. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ske9963 June 5th, 2006, 09:04 PM read the T&C for a LS Premium merchant. -Technically, they have 10 working days to resolve it. THat is 2 weeks... but go read it first before making a fuss with LS boningroup June 5th, 2006, 09:58 PM But this is since March 16th. MichaelColey June 5th, 2006, 11:48 PM It's from the time you report it. boningroup June 6th, 2006, 09:54 AM Reported it March 27th. MichaelColey June 6th, 2006, 10:02 AM Doh! I read that as May 27th. boningroup June 6th, 2006, 11:35 AM Now I received any e-mail: I have forwarded your below stated to the appropriate person for further investigation Again!!???? ske9963 June 6th, 2006, 10:32 PM man.. ur getting no love from LS boningroup June 9th, 2006, 08:40 AM Though we did not get an e-mail or anything, the credit for this purchase has shown up on our account - FINALLY!!! Alan Hamilton July 3rd, 2006, 02:58 PM I'm a bit surprised to hear that you are having trouble with PetSmart tracking your sales. Not shocked, but surprised. I did business with PetSmart for many years with a pet id product I invented back in 1985. They were always fast pays. However, they do go through a bit of turnover. In 11 years of dealing with the buyer for the SKU's we offered they had 13 different buyers come and go, or transferred to other departments. I'd definitely stay on it if I were you, but one thing different. I would "CALL" the home office in Phoenix and get to the right person. Talking by phone on such matters will probably get you a much faster resolve. Good Luck
