Account Manager – Internet Marketing
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Summary:
The Business Development team is seeking a motivated, energetic and experienced Account Manager to work closely with new clients on Product Integration, acting as a liaison with the tech team, and providing ongoing Account Management services.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for each integration engagement with our distribution partners as well as manage some of the top Lead Sellers at LeadPoint.
Responsibilities:
Working in close conjunction with the Business Development Managers, the Account Manager will help Lead Sellers identify Product Solutions, integrate the product solution on their website, optimize lead flow, and fulfill business intelligence needs. The Account Manager Rep will also provide post-integration support, including maximizing lead flow, reporting, client requests for information, product integration upgrades and/or optimization. There may also be some legal or accounting request from the clients.
Candidates should be detail-oriented, responsive to multiple projects and clients, concurrent requests and feel comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• BA/BS Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related degree preferred.
• Experience with an internet business development team and/or lead generation company preferred.
• 2+ years experience in Account Management and/or Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience/interest in working with sales teams.
• Experience working with and troubleshooting Internet products and technologies.
• Excellent written, oral communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Superior problem-solving ability.
• Prior experience in a customer-focused role building relationships
• Passion for working with people and ability to handle stressful customer situations.
• Proven track record in working with cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Excellent process management and attention to detail.
• High energy, enthusiastic team player.
• Understanding of the search engine space and advertising industry is a plus.
