Mike,
Do you know how we can earn the recurring commissions? For say, selling dedicated server hosting?
And how does one become a gold affiliate?
Thanks

Hi D,

Excellent questions!

You automatically qualify for the recurring commissions. You receive 10% commission for All sales generated by your customer for a period of... 12 months.

Also, as a member of ABW you could qualify for a $50 cash signup bonus.

Please see: http://forum.abestweb.com/showthread.php?t=74723

As for your question about Gold Affiliates - Gold Affiliates earn 30% ongoing residual commissions for an unlimited cookie lifetime. As a Gold Affiliate you own the customer relationship and serve as the Project Manager.

D - I look forward to working with you. :star:

Dear Affiliates,

We're trying to decide about a certain important issue and could greatly use your insight:

To hide or not to hide?

Traditionally when users click on affiliate links and land on the target website, it is transparent to the user that a cookie was just planted on their machine and affiliate X is going to get a commission of whatever they buy.

A few weeks ago, following feedback from one of our super affiliates, we have decided to change that.

So now - when a users click on an affiliate link and land on our website, there's a message at the top that says "Brought to you by X" (see attached image or click here to see what I mean: http://www.softwareprojects.com/merchant-account.php?spiaffid=272).

Thinking back, we're not sure we made the right decision. We noticed most programs completely hide the affiliate that's generating the sale from the end-user, while a few programs go out of their way to make it very visible.

?

What are your thoughts on this? Are we better off hiding the affiliate or making it visible?

Your insight will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Mike Peters

Hi,

I joined your affiliate program but I have not received the e-mail verification

gaurimmk - Did you signup for the ShareASale program or our in-house program http://www.softwareprojects.com/affiliate.php

I don't see you on the in-house program so I imagine you signed up on ShareASale.

I believe ShareASale sends a verification email. You might want to check your anti-spam settings and your junkmail folder and see if the message is there.

Let me know. I look forward to working with you

Cheers,
Douglas LaFreenie
