In relation to the holiday season, yes things are a bit slower. The previous season was extremely busy but we are noticing extremely high volume coming, in even now. Conversion rates are strong and with the new pay increase, EPCs are showing nice growth. We've added additional lenders on the back end and that is helping to convert even more traffic than we normally see. If you want to go over anything you can always reach me at the office.
