Batteries.com moved from Linkshare in January to Commission Junction. In light of the recent events that have occured with Commission Junction, Batteries.com Lauched a secondary affiliate program with Share A Sale.

The new program with Share A Sale with have all the same incentives, bonuses, and information that Commission Junction has. This is to help accommodate Batteries.com Partners and those who wish to become Batteries.com Partners who do not wish to work with Commission Junction.

I'm approved at SAS! So I quickly expired my batteries.com program at CJ.

Thanks for giving us the option. I hope more merchants do this.

It's great, what I've always said. Merchants should give affiliates more than just 1 option in partnering with them and let the affiliates decide which option they're comfortable with.

Excellent move by Batteries.com - I'd love to see more CJ merchants do the same. Maybe then, CJ would get the message that we want options.

CJ bit them hand that feeds them and it slapped them back.

Welcome to SAS!!!

My new SAS Batteries.com links are now up on my main mall site. No Javascript, just good old html that has been making me 90% of my income over the years.

If enough merchants go this route, LMI becomes essentially irrelevant.

If more MERCHANTS (ahemmmmmmmm) would do this, we'd all have a life raft. So just how important are affiliates to their merchants? Batteries.com proved where they stand. Thank you!

I'd love to see every other CJ merchant do the same thing.

There has been a surprising LACK of communication from merchants on the LMI issue. Wonder how much of the CJ spin on it they're accepting? Fine ... accept it BUT give affiliates what they need to survive ... an alternate program on SAS (or another platform) in which to do business.

Just to help kick off the Share A Sale Launch, I will give $100 to the first 5 partners that generate $40.00 in sales, and an automatic boost to the next level of flat commission if you are at the 8% tier you will be bumped to 12% Flat, if you are 12% Flat you will jump to 15% Flat....

Consider this, the average order size is $47.80 so one sale could potentially get you $103.82.

Today is the last day for coupon code 4TH for 35% Off everything sitewide, and coupon SAS616 is good for 15% off (a never ending coupon for ShareASale Partners) :)

I've been playing with SAS's pagemaker. So many categories, manufacturers, etc . . .

too bad you can't get mileage from all those short-time specials you keep coming up with in the page maker (because of the nature of the thing) but if you do it in the datafeed, at least the feed people can get some added benefit.

just an idea . . .

definately something I have thought about, and when I am able to update nightly, it is something that I will definately do .... Look for that in the future.
