Where would I go to set up a disclaimer for my site.I know a site exists because I have been there.For the life of me I can't remember where it is.

Are you looking for a generator? Where you enter some info, check some boxes and you can generate something you can put on your site. I know of one for a privacy policy not sure of one for disclaimers.
