WatchDog Affiliate Managers (watchdogam.com) is a full service outsourced affiliate program management and ecommerce technology company designed to help merchants (and affiliates) succeed online!
We offer three services department - outsourced affiliate program management, public relations, and ecommerce-driven technologies to support affiliates and online retailers reach their objectives.
Candidates must be extremely PROACTIVE on the day-to-day management activities, well connected in the industry, and already have special relationships with top ranking affiliates across various networks. :thumbsup:
You will work with reputable affiliate networks such as Commission Junction (CJ), Linkshare, Performics, ShareaSale, ShareResults, Direct Track, My Affiliate program, etc.
The Affiliate Program Managers will know Internet Marketing and be able to work smart and think out of the box! In other words, be aggressive and proactive on the day-to-day!
AM's will:
+ Constantly strategize to increase sales, profits, and brand awareness for assigned clients or clients.
+ Visit affiliate marketing Forums Often and post on behalf of assigned account or accounts.
+ Seek out and invite high-traffic, high sales sites to be your "Super Affiliates"
+ Create special revenue-sharing deals with partners
+ Locate and recruit top producing Affiliates
+ Design plans for increasing sales conversion rates/epc
+ Aggressively develop & motivate incentives and special promotions to retain top producers
+ Ensure affiiate are taken care of monetarily through aggressive commissions and special deals
+ Develop new linking methods and marketing material
+ Write and circulate a monthly or sometimes bi-monthly Affiliate newsletter
+ Deliver weekly analysis, activity and status updates + monthly reports
+ Approve and/or decline Affiliate applications
+ Answer all Affiliate questions on a daily basis (Key!!!)
+ Tweak affiliate programs (as needed) to run more efficient to draw traffic & boost sales.
+ Offer recommendations to support in the creative design of banner ad, time-sensitive promotions, etc.
Candidates will have Immediate access to WatchDog's leading tehcnologies, Affiliate ExpressTM and Merchant ExpressTM.
