Affiliate Media Coordinator
Studeo (www.studeo.com (http://www.studeo.com)) is looking for a full-time, entry-level Affiliate Media Coordinator to help manage online affiliate lead generation programs for our post-secondary education clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Assistance with day-to-day affiliate management activities including forecasting, media planning/buying, monitoring of lead flow, reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and invoicing.
• Monitoring and analyzing affiliate program performance and identifying opportunities to optimize the program
• Disseminating information to affiliates regarding changes to programs, acceptable zip codes, and lead volume caps.
• Responding to and resolving affiliate inquiries.
• Working with technical staff to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Researching, recruiting and implementing new affiliates including negotiating CPLs.
• Proactively monitoring and auditing affiliate sites to ensure client listings are in compliance with guidelines.
• Working closely with affiliates to communicate and resolve compliance violations.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will have experience in education marketing or affiliate marketing.
• Understanding of CPL models and key conversion metrics is a huge plus.
• Must have excellent analytic and problem solving skills.
• Strong Internet skills and proficiency with MS Office (most importantly Excel including pivot tables) and MapPoint.
• Must be a good multi-tasker, detail oriented, and able to work in a low-oversight, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to fill in where needed.
