Expanding Internet marketing company seeks Affiliate Manager to work directly with existing and new clients in our CPA Affiliate Network, Rextopia.com. This position will report directly to the Senior Affiliate Manager. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are action-oriented and creative in your approach to sales and client relationships, we’d like to talk to you. With proven success, our ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow and manage our affiliate business.
Your job as an Affiliate Manager would be to:
• Work with our existing client base to connect internal opportunities with their competencies and persuade clients to take action
• Support and follow up on needs of clients to ensure timely results
• Seek new opportunities to grow existing accounts by listening and following up on feedback from new and existing clients
• Define and provide insight on market opportunities
• Support prospecting and recruitment of new clients to further expand our business
If you are the ideal candidate you will have:
• Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years as an affiliate manager for a large CPA affiliate network
• Experience with DirectTrack technology
• A professional, relationship-focused personality
• Sales and business development skills, with motivation to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Internet searches, Microsoft Office applications, basic web design tools (e.g. HTML, graphics programs)
Benefits include working from home, a computer, health/dental plans, and 401K. Salary commensurate with experience.
