I am new here so please take it easy on me :) Not 100% sure the best way to explain this but I will give it my best shot!

I am in the process of completing a new website and looking for someone who can launch the site and take care of the day to day activities for it. I have a programmer and designer on staff who will provide anythign that is needed. I will also provide the advertising. As much as I love this idea and would love to work on it 24 hours a day I have too many obligations that I can not neglect.

Information about the website: I would prefer to go over it more in detail in private with those individuals who are interested. To give you a general idea it is similar to netflix but with a twist (and without the over head or headaches).

Compensation is negatiable, i am willing to give a small percentage incentive. I really need an easy going person, that is driven, and will believe in the project and put into it what is needed to make it successful. The idea has a tremendous upside. I just need the last key piece to make it happen.

Please post here if you have any general questions or contact me personally if your are interested.

My email address is: will (at) digitek-solutions (dot) com

look for some OPM for help.

your small % might be an issue. If your small % = 20hrs a week

and they can put 20hrs a week and get a better return, doubt that they will wanna work for you.

Not kicking your prog. but just a thought..
Why not make it a small % plus profit sharing :)

I am open to anything that is fair to both parties. Not sure if I am using the proper terminology here but i think what you suggested is what I was trying to say ;). I was thinking of giving them a base pay to start, so the individual knows they will be compensaited for their time regardless what happens to the website. Once the website takes off, I am open to giving them a small % of the profit that is generated as a bonus, reward, incentive (what ever you want to call it ;)

Are you looking for someone to run your website or run an affiliate program on your website? Your post wasn't actually clear to me on that.

I e-mailed him/her exactly the same question a few days ago, but have never received an answer...

I work on a small flat monthly fee basis for doing everything from artwork, web site HTML, ecommerce consulting, PPCSE, SEO and indy program management. Add in wholesale purchasing of just the right office computer gear and you'll know why I've clients who have paid me monthly for over 8 years. You can't fire someone who's unreplaceable!

Run the website.

I am not going to have a typical affiliate program, at least not right away. Instead I was thinking of giving my members incentives to tell their friends. Tell "x" number of friends about the site and get a free "__", etc..
