Those are one of the over 50% of merchants who have a 7 Day and 30 Day EPC of $0. They've been at SAS since Feb of this year.
Tell Brian they need run a compliance test on the merchant (you kind of just did) and all the other 7 and 30 day $0 EPC merchants.
