I made a test purchase through one of the eBay stores on Sunday and have not gotten credit for it as of yet.

Update - we have now sent 3 e-mails to affiliates@ebay.com with no response. Does anyone know any other way to contact eBay?

I sent them an email or two a while back on a different issue a while back with no response. I don't know why they even list an email address if they have no intention of responding.

To give everyone an update, I posted on the ebay affiliate forum on the 17th and got a response from a sara2 within a couple of hours asking for my affiliate ID as the sale was showing up as an affiliate sale. I have not heard back from her since and have sent 2 follow up e-mails with no response.
