We're a growing technology company that automates the optimmization of online advertising campaigns such as PPC, RSS, shopping feeds and are looking to hire Account Managers to accommodate the needs of our growing client list.

Company Description
ClickShift is the first integrated system for dynamically optimizing multi-channel online advertising campaigns. Our web based software solution automatically monitors, measures and tunes online advertising campaigns across multiple online channels, enabling marketers to efficiently achieve their direct marketing objectives and profitably scale their online traffic acquisition efforts. We're funded by USVP (http://www.usvp.com) and El Dorado Ventures (http://www.eldorado.com) and run by the founding team of Flyswat who sold their last company to NBCi for $120M. Our initial clients have seen tremendous results, and we're building out our team to accommodate our growth!

Reports to
Vice President Of Marketing

Overall responsibility
This role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks required to ensure each online advertising campaign meet/beats the client’s goals, resulting in expanding online spend. You are the primary day to day contact into each account and are responsible for translating client needs into requirements that the company can execute upon and overseeing the success of each campaign.

Key tasks and responsibilities
• Coordinating campaign setup activities with clients via formal project plans
• Establishing campaigns within ClickShift’s software system
• Interpreting campaign performance so results are properly communicated to clients via online reporting
• Addressing questions from clients regarding campaign performance and statistical processes run by ClickShift’s optimization engine
• Communicate client needs as requirements into internal product managers
• Interface with software engineers where needed to explain requirements
• Writing and editing advertising copy, defining expanded keywords lists.
• Take ownership of client relationships to ensure long term success with each client.
• Completing ad hoc projects as they arise, including data input tasks.

Skills and attributes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially when interfacing with external clients
• Proficient and comfortable with web-based software tools
• Demonstrable analytical skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• High integrity, a drive to succeed, and ability to contribute to a fast-moving team
• Self directed individual that can think independently and work well within a tight team environment

Experience requirements
• 1-2 years work experience, preferably in a start up supporting external clients.
• Bachelor's degree with a high GPA from a top tier school
• Knowledge of online advertising, preferably paid search
• Experience in a software development company interfacing with engineers
